For the past two decades I've been guiding the learning of motivational interviewing (MI). This document overviews the key learnings I've gathered along the way specific to the process of teaching MI in group settings. My hope is that this document will serve as a resource for supporting other trainers in discovering, embracing, and refining their own style for planning and facilitating quality MI trainings.
